Rainier Beach Homes

EM Wolfe Construction recently completed construction on two new homes in Seattle’s Rainier Beach neighborhood. Cardinal designed these homes for contemporary Seattle families, providing modern, open floor plans in traditional exteriors that fit the established neighborhood. The homes take advantage of the site’s unique views north over Lake Washington with large, covered front porches and upper level balconies off of the expansive master suites. The houses were built by a local developer with deep neighborhood roots.
