Highside Distilling
Highside Distilling is a new family-run distillery located on Bainbridge Island. Cardinal Architecture helped the Glenns design their new space, navigate local, state and federal regulations and successfully open their production facility and tasting room. We have been working with clients in the craft brewing and distilling industries in Washington State for several years, and we have a comprehensive understanding of how local building, fire and zoning codes intersect to create unique architectural requirements for these businesses. Highside has been going strong since moving into their new space in 2018, and Cardinal is proud to have been a part of their operation.
