Another New Home!

Cardinal Architecture recently completed our fourth collaboration with EM Wolfe Construction in Seattle’s Rainier Beach neighborhood. This home takes advantage of a long, downhill site and opens to the north with sweeping views from Mount Rainier to downtown Seattle. A vaulted ceiling and private deck create a spacious master suite, and a lower level accessory dwelling unit provides flexibility and income for the new homeowners. The house includes solar panels for clean energy production, and the structure was designed to support a future greenhouse for on-site food production.
