Summer Construction Update

We were busy this summer with institutional projects under construction at Seattle University and the University of Washington. At SU, construction is almost complete on a project converting an unused catering kitchen into much needed academic offices. We also designed new offices for the Enrollment Services department in a new student housing building. At UW, Rafn Company recently completed a sorority house kitchen remodel that required a complex permitting process for rooftop mechanical equipment. These construction images give a sense of the process, and there will be more to come once the projects are complete.
