New Homes!

Construction has recently wrapped up on two new homes that Cardinal designed at opposite ends of Seattle. In the north, we designed an upper level addition to a 1949 home in Maple Leaf. To the south, construction was just completed on a new home in Rainier Beach that was carefully located to preserve all twelve mature fir and cedar trees on site.
